Ship History
The Nebula Class USS Luna was launched on Stardate 10103.18 from Starbase 365 under the command of Captain Lu. Since then, the USS Luna has proudly served as parts of the Sixth Fleet, Fifth Fleet, and then the First Fleet. She has served in missions including ().
On Stardate 10704.29, the USS Luna was scheduled to undergo a set of extensive upgrades and repairs, and was removed from the active list. Her crew was reassigned elsewhere, and her senior officers scattered amongst the fleet.

Former Ship Managers
The USS Luna was launched under the management of Shann. Following four months of missions, management of the Luna was turned over to Christopher N. in July of 2001. At the end of October of the same year, Karriaunna S. took over as Ship Manager. Karriaunna served as the Luna's Ship Manager from then through the end of the year. Arlene M. then took over as the Luna's Ship Manager from 2002 to October of 2005. Following her resignation, the final Ship Manager took over - Pete S.
Former Commanding Officers
Captain Lu was the original Commanding Officer from launch until July of 2001. David Merced, the ship's Executive Officer, was then promoted to Commanding Officer, who served until mid-June of 2002. Merced's XO, Nicolae Harm, superceded him as Commander. Captain Harm left on a Starfleet Intelligence mission in early March of 2003, one which he never returned to the Luna from. Continuing the trend of the first officer stepping up, Savar became the Commanding Officer of the Luna in April 2003, where he continued to serve until the Luna was removed from active service.
