Born on trill Attended Starfleet medical Majored in Psychology and diplomacy. Minored in Medicine. Worked aboard various vessels till his application for joining was accepted from the Trill symbiotic counsel , he had took a leave of absence at that time to be joined with the Fen Symbiot. up to this point in life he hadn't had any major events happen to him , he was in fact surprised do to his lack of accomplishments he was even approved for joining at all

Born On The trill Home world. Graduated High School at the age of 15 and Became the youngest student to enroll in his pre-med college back home. Met and married his wife at the age 19 well still continuing college, after 9 years of college and age of 24 he graduated with honors from school holding various doctrines and degrees in the medical field, right after college he took up a career in the same hospital in which he had done his residency, at the age of 26 he was promoted at the hospital to ER Chief and specialized in surgery. at the age of 30 was offered a position on the board of directors which he accepted in turn lead to other various promotions with in the next 3 years till he became the Chief of surgery at the age of 33. In that same year he also opened a small private practice as well, specializing in Natural healing medications and procedures, His rise had leveled out of the next 7 years enjoying his career as it was , were at the age of 40 he was elected chairmen of the board to the hospital resigning his position of chief of surgery paying more mind to his own private practice and his duties as Chairmen , At the Age of 42 well off at a conference for the federation he had been called to take a vermiform symbiont back to trill from a SF officer whom was fatally injured and passed during a encounter on his ship, Having Complications aboard the transport on the way back to trill caused to long of a time delay for the vermiform symbiont to maintain life on its own any longer , it was then that Lorenzo took it and implanted in himself becoming Lorenzo Fen .. After returning to the Home world he had resigned his position as Chairmen.. not feeling his desires laid with the hospital any longer do to his joining , he did how ever submerse himself in to his own practice, till a year latter at 43 his wife was killed in a shuttle accident , At that time Lorenzo re thought his life closed his Office and took a year sabbatical to morn the death of his wife. At the age of 44 he returned from his leave and applied to SF medical for a position in medical research with the influence of his vermiform symbiont . from there you have today were he applied to take a position aboard a ship as a CMO, in the honorary sense of the title for he wasn’t really an officer any more
