Is the only Bajoran - Vulcan known of in Starfleet, so his physiology is unknown of for the most prt. He doesn't have the standard 2 Vulcan hearts, he has 3 and many redundant organs, most of which will never be used.

His telepathic skills are not as enhanced as they should be for a Vulcan, but I don't see this hampering his duties. Unlike most Vulcans, he did not engage in the Kolinhar ritual to cleanse himself of emotions, so he can laugh and cry at a joke as well I as I can.
