K`tarn son of Muglar of the House of Muglar

Both of K'tarn parents died when the Breen attacked earth during the war with the dominion. K'tarn did not find out about the deaths until about a week later when Admiral Wolfe came to Outpost 1138 to enlist his help in redoing Earth Defenses. Upon arriving on Earth it was learned that only the Klingon Fleet could withstand the Breen's new weapon, therefore K'tarn resigned from Starfleet and Rejoined the Klingon Defense Force. He was then assigned by the Klingon High Council as the next Senior Klingon Defense Force attachés to the Federation, thus taking over the position left vacant by his fathers death. He was also promoted to the rank of General by the high council at this time.
K'tarn's father was the senior Klingon Defense Force (KDF) attachés to the Federation.
K'tarn's mother works for the Federation Diplomatic Corp. She is was assigned to Earth as the Federation Diplomatic Corps Attaché to the Klingon Embassy.
K'tarn spend half his child hood on earth and half on Qo'noS, however this was usually in three year rotations as his parents where cycle back and forth.
Once K'tarn turned 15 K'tarn tried to join the KDF, to follow his father's footsteps. However Many of his fellow officers hated K'tarn because he is half Human. Therefore at the Age of 23 K'tarn left the KDF and joined Star Fleet, while he still faced harassment's from fellow officers the majority of his senior officer's treated him with respect. upon graduating from the Academy K'tarn was assigned as the assistant Tactical Officer to the USS Griffon. During the second Borg invasion K'tarn was on the Bridge of the Griffon when life support was knocked off line and the Griffon's bridge was about to have a hull breach. Captain Crazyhorse*** ordered K'tarn, the only other Officer alive on the bridge at the time, to evacuated the bridge. She the collapsed. K'tarn disobeyed her orders by going back and rescuing her. As soon as K'tarn managed to get the Captain and himself into the turbo lift and seal the doors the bridge decompressed. K'tarn remained on board for the Griffon Repair/refit after this encounter with the Borg.

***Captain Crazyhorse was the First captain of the Griffon when she launched. when the ship launched everyone was given and option on weather they want to be new crew members assigned or left over from the battle with the Borg. Captain Crazyhorse and K'tarn where the only two that deiced on being on the ship during the battle the above story was made up by the two of us.
