Phillipe Joseph Capulette

Son of Federation diplomat Cassidy Capulette and Caitian Convict M'Naile, Phillipe Capulette is 3/4 Human and 1/4 Caitain. Phillipe lacks any semblence to traditional appearance, he appears to be a human with a tail, furry-top mounted ears and furry hands. M'Naille left him and his mother when he was two. He was raised on Earth's moon until the age of 12. While there he mastered many skills pertinent to Starship Operations. He is versed in Engineering schematics and operation. But he has a fondness for general starship operations, flight control and command. When he was 12, he, his mother and his five-year-old sister, Carolyn left for a smaller planet near Risa whey Cassidy was to take a position as a diplomatic arbitrator. He was a popular child and had many friends, but his best friend was his little sister Carolyn. He exhibited a bond to her more than any other brother and sister would. When Carolyn turned 10, she was diagnosed with a rare form of incurable disease. After her death, Phillipe became introverted and dark. Following her death, Phillipe and Cassidy moved to Risa where she re-married and had another daughter-Vivianne. Phillipe attributes his attention to detail to his lack of over-socialization with others. That attention to detail makes him and excellent worker and a candidate along the higher rungs of the ladder of command. Aboard the U.S.S. Andromeda-Phillipe has opened up a little. He's become less closed with members of the senior staff. Starship life seems to be slowly making him more sociable and friendly.
