Well respected in local community of Jonavea(silent J for anyone reading this). Father owns a successful toy shoppe. While not really famous on Andor, he's been able to provide a comfortable life for his family. His Mother is a history professor.
Threv studied intensly in school earning a scholarship to a prestigous university at the young age of 16. He earned a Master's equivilant degree in Anthropolgy with a minor in political science. After his graduation he decided to go into Starfleet to have the opputunity to study new cultures up close. His years at the Acadamy were intense, and while he wasn't the top ranked student at the Acadamy he didn't embaress himself either.

Special notes, mixed ancestory, body chemistry is NOT human or Andorian. Blood is based on both Iron and Colbolt giving it a purple hue. Both elements need to be present in his blood supply. Only known trasfusion source is older male sibling. Therefore quantum replication of blood will most likly be nessecary if blood is needed by subject. Subject is under Starfleet Medical orders to provide a blood sample to the CMO upon starting any new assignments.

Had one broken bone in teenage years. Suffered another broken bone and a stab wound on the ill fated mission to Ynarnia VI.
His antennea are shorter than norm for full blooded Andorians. His skin is also purple as a result of his mixed parentage. He always wears a cerimonial knife at his side.
